How can you understand my unique business?

We make it a point to ‘interview’ every client to understand their business thoroughly. We also do our own research to better grasp your industry and target audience. This process ensures we can create a strategy tailored to your specific business.

How can I be sure social media management is effective?

What if I have questions or need to get in touch quickly?

Each of our clients is assigned a dedicated account manager who you can call, text, or email anytime. We prioritize open and responsive communication to ensure your needs are met promptly.

What about the security of my social media accounts?

We take account security seriously!  In order to post content on your behalf, you only need to provide limited access to your account manager.  If you don’t want to give anyone outside your company access to your accounts, we can simply send you the content we create so that you or your staff can post and schedule them.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

We believe in the quality of our services and want you to stay because you’re happy with the results. For that reason, you are never locked into a contract and you can cancel anytime, at no cost, if you’re less than thrilled with our work.

Can my posts be customized to my preference?

Absolutely! We can design your posts and content in any way you like. If you have specific content you want posted, just send it to us and we’ll add it to the posting schedule.

Will my social media presence be consistent?

Yes, we post every day of the year, and we’re always two weeks ahead on the content schedule. This ensures your social media presence remains consistent even if our team members get sick or go on vacation.

How can I track the performance of my social media accounts?

You can easily view insights and other metrics directly from your social media accounts. These metrics show you the reach of your posts, engagement rates, follower growth, and more, giving you a clear picture of how your social media presence is improving over time.  If you’d like help understanding the insights and metrics the social media platforms give you, simply ask you dedicated account manager or schedule a Zoom call to go over it together.

What type of content will you create and post?

We will create a range of content types including engagement drivers, informative posts, humor, trends, and more. Please refer to our Social Media Content Strategy Guide for a detailed breakdown.

Will I lose control over my brand and messaging?

Absolutely not. We offer a flexible approach so that you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like. Most of our clients prefer to let us handle it all, but if you prefer, you can even approve every post before it goes live.

Can I request changes to the content or strategy?

Yes. We maintain open lines of communication with all our clients and welcome your input at any stage. If you want to adjust the content or change the strategy, just let your account manager know, and we’ll make the necessary changes.

What if I'm not happy with the service?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with the service for any reason, please get in touch with your account manager or our customer service team. We’ll do our best to resolve any issues, and remember, you can cancel anytime at no cost.

How quickly will I start seeing my posts?

After signing up, we first build a strategy and design content based on it. We take your feedback on this preliminary phase and then start posting within about two weeks from sign-up.

Will you respond to comments and direct messages on my social media accounts?

While we could handle responses, we generally recommend that you manage direct engagement with your audience. When people message or comment, they expect to interact with you – the expert in your business. We can discuss this further to customize your package to meet your specific needs.

What if I have a specific promotion or event I want to highlight?

Simply let us know in advance so we can create a custom content strategy around it. We’re flexible and can easily accommodate specific promotions or events.

Do I need to provide you with images or can you source them?

We can work with any images you provide, but if you don’t have any, our service includes sourcing high-quality, relevant images for your posts. We ensure all images used are licensed for commercial use, or we create custom graphics as needed.

How far in advance do you plan the content?

To consistently post daily content, we create and schedule your content at least two weeks in advance.  This ensures that no content is missed if one of our staff members gets sick or takes vacation. This also allows gives us ample time to adjust the content as per any specific needs or requests you might want.

What platforms can you create content for?

We create content for our clients on all of these platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business, YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Medium , Facebook Groups, Blogger, Quora, Reddit, Substack, and Alignable.

Is it the same content posted on all platforms?

The ‘topic of the day’ consistent across all platforms but the post will be adapted to the individual platform it goes on (for example, Facebook and Tiktok have the same topic but one might be an image and text and the other a video). This helps avoid confusion when responding to incoming messages and comments.

What if my business is in a niche industry?

No matter your industry, our team takes the time to understand your business and audience, allowing us to create engaging, relevant content.
